residence, immunization records, and previous school transcripts (if applicable). An admissions
interview and school tour can also be arranged upon request. For assistance, contact our
admissions office.

Our school hours are from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Students are
expected to arrive on time and attend school regularly. If a student needs to be absent, parents
must notify the school office before 9:00 AM. Prolonged absences require a doctor's note or
prior approval from the administration.

We offer a variety of extracurricular activities, including ballet, taekwondo, music, and
an after-school program. Additionally, students can join our book club, participate in the
STEAM program, and engage in various seasonal events and celebrations. Check our website or
contact the school’s coordinator for more information.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for bullying. Our staff is trained to recognize and
address bullying promptly. Students are encouraged to report any incidents to a teacher or
counselor. We also conduct regular safety drills and maintain secure campus facilities to ensure a
safe learning environment for all students.

We believe in strong parent-teacher communication to support student success. Parents
can communicate with teachers via email, phone calls, or scheduled meetings. We also use an
online portal for sharing student progress reports, homework assignments, and important
announcements. Regular parent-teacher conferences are held to discuss student development and
address any concerns.

Our curriculum integrates the Montessori Method for preschool and a hybrid of the
Cambridge and GES curricula for higher grades. This approach ensures a well-rounded
education, focusing on academic excellence, creativity, and critical thinking skills.

Students are assessed through a combination of formative and summative assessments,
including quizzes, tests, projects, and class participation. Report cards are issued quarterly, and
parent-teacher conferences are scheduled to discuss student progress and address any concerns.

We provide support services for students with special needs, including individualized
education plans (IEPs), speech therapy, and counseling. Our special education team collaborates
with parents and teachers to create a supportive learning environment tailored to each student's
needs.

We offer a nutritious lunch program with a variety of healthy options. Students can
bring their own lunch if preferred. Snacks are provided during designated times, and we
encourage healthy eating habits. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies so we
can accommodate your child's needs.

Homework is assigned to reinforce classroom learning and develop good study habits.
The amount and type of homework vary by grade level, with younger students receiving lighter
assignments and older students having more comprehensive and rigorous tasks. We recommend
setting a regular study schedule at home and encouraging children to complete their homework
independently, while being available for support.
